Kashmir is looking for an Architect / Architectural Designer with practical experience in residential, hospitality and cottage projects.
Key Responsibilities: Site surveys and measurements Floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings Architectural concepts and space planning 3 D modelling and visualisation Preparation of working drawings Coordination with the project and site team
Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field 4–5 years of relevant qualified experience Good knowledge of Auto CAD and Sketch Up/Revit Experience with 3 D visualisation/rendering software Ability to independently handle drawings and site measurements Hospitality, cottage, residential or renovation experience preferred
