Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technology-oriented fresh graduates to join our Technology team as Apprentices. This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, IT infrastructure support, application support, and Java-based development within a banking environment.

The apprentice will work closely with Technology teams to understand day-to-day IT operations, application environments, system monitoring, incident resolution, and technology processes followed in a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Technology team in day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support activities.
- Support basic monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, systems, networks, and applications.
- Gain practical exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Assist with application support and basic Java development/debugging activities.
- Support incident tracking, troubleshooting, documentation, and timely escalation of technology issues.
- Coordinate with internal Technology teams and relevant service partners for issue resolution.
- Maintain basic technical documentation, issue logs, and process records.
- Follow the Banks information security, data confidentiality, access control, and IT governance requirements.




- Learn and support technology systems and applications used in a banking setting.

Technical Skills Required Candidates should have basic academic or practical knowledge of:
- AWS / Cloud Computing: Basic understanding of cloud concepts and services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC.
- Infrastructure Support: Basic knowledge of operating systems, servers, networking, IP/DNS concepts, and troubleshooting.
- Java: Understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, exception handling, and basic application development.
- Basic understanding of SQL/databases would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Linux commands would be preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
