Internship Duration: 1 Month (Performance-based conversion to Full time Employment)

Stipend / Take-Home Pay: ₹13,000 per month

About the Role

Sarbajira Software is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Application Support L1 team. This is a 1-month internship with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance. Freshers who are eager to learn application support and troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor application alerts, dashboards, and incoming support tickets.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for application issues such as login errors, access issues, performance concerns, and application errors.
- Record, classify, and prioritize incidents based on severity and business impact.
- Assist users through email, chat, and phone with step-by-step issue resolution.
- Perform basic log reviews, connectivity checks, data validation, and configuration verification.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident workflows, and knowledge base articles.
- Update users regularly on ticket progress and resolution status.




- Support routine operational activities including batch job monitoring, application health checks, and basic application restarts (where permitted).
- Prepare and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base documents.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and support processes.

Eligibility
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Experience: 0–1 year.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills / Knowledge Candidates should have basic knowledge of:
- Application support and troubleshooting.
- Windows operating system and basic system administration.
- Networking basics (IP, DNS, connectivity checks).
- Log analysis and basic error identification.
- Ticketing or incident management concepts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of databases and application health checks is an added advantage.
