Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Packaging & Automation Engineer with 58 years of experience in Windows application packaging, automation, and Windows administration. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with PowerShell, troubleshooting skills, and a good understanding of ITIL and networking concepts.

Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:

- End-to-end software package creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor package deployment and proactively address deployment failures status and ensure successful distribution to end-user systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve package-related issues reported by customers and end users.
- Perform package validation, quality checks, and deployment readiness assessments.
- Maintain package documentation, deployment procedures, and issue logs.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation using PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver packaging solutions.
- Follow up on customer issues and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Ensure high-quality package delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and Windows platform requirements.
- Coordinate with support and operations teams for incident resolution and deployment support.
