Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor – AOTT to join our academic team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology, practical exposure, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for AOTT students.
- Conduct and supervise clinical and skill-lab training.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and practical activities.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, practicals, and continuous assessments.
- Ensure effective delivery of the prescribed academic curriculum.
- Support students in developing strong clinical and technical skills.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Maintain academic records and documentation as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology / Operation Theatre Technology or a relevant specialization – Mandatory.




- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in academics, clinical practice, or a combination of both.
- Strong understanding of OT procedures, anaesthesia technology, surgical assistance, and patient safety.
- Positive communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
- Candidates with relevant teaching or clinical experience will be preferred.
