Role Description The Answer Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for optimizing content and digital experiences for modern search and answer engines (such as Google’s featured snippets, AI-driven search, and other emerging platforms). In this role, you will research user queries and intent, identify high-impact topics, and collaborate with content and SEO teams to structure information for clear, concise, and authoritative answers. You will refine on-page content, metadata, and schema markup to improve visibility in AI-powered search, knowledge panels, and zero-click results.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics,



testing optimization strategies, monitoring industry trends in search and answer engines, and preparing reports with actionable recommendations. You will also work closely with performance marketing specialists to align answer-focused content with lead generation and conversion objectives across campaigns.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in SEO and on-page optimization, including keyword research, intent mapping, and technical fundamentals.
- Experience with content structuring and optimization for answer engines, featured snippets, and rich results (e.g., schema markup, FAQs, how-to content).
