Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analyst (Risk Advisory Services) role based in Kolkata. The analyst will support risk assessments and operational reviews for clients, with a focus on process evaluation, control testing, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, conducting risk and compliance checks, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in the design of practical recommendations to improve governance and operational efficiency.





The role involves working closely with client teams, participating in on-site audits and process walkthroughs, and documenting findings in a clear, structured manner. The analyst will collaborate with senior consultants to implement risk advisory methodologies and contribute to ongoing client engagements in the automotive and related sectors.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
- Proficiency in risk analysis and understanding of risk management concepts, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, documenting findings, and preparing clear reports and presentations.
- Comfort with statistics and basic quantitative techniques for data-driven risk and performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site with client teams, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a structured manner.
- Prior internship or experience in risk advisory, audit, consulting, or automotive sector will be considered a plus.
