Role Description The Analyst role at Velocity Investor Relations is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Analyst will support investor relations programs by conducting financial, market, and peer analyses, preparing materials such as investor presentations and earnings call documents, and tracking investor feedback and market reactions.

The role includes monitoring relevant news and market developments, maintaining databases and dashboards, and contributing to the development of equity narratives and investor messaging. The Analyst will collaborate closely with senior team members and client stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely,



and insight-driven support for investor engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, market data, and valuation metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting presentations, reports, and investor-facing materials.
- High proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, financial databases), and comfort working with large data sets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; prior experience or internships in investor relations, equity research, consulting, or corporate finance is an advantage.
- Robust professional ethics, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within a small, high-performance team.
