Role - Assistant Finance Manager

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 2–5 years post-qualification (Chartered Accountant)

Reporting to: Finance Manager

CTC: upto 20 LPA (Depending on work exp)

About the role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to support the finance function end-to-end — from day-to-day accounting to statutory audits and board-level reporting — working closely with and reporting to the Finance Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants broad exposure across a company's finances rather than working on a narrow slice of it.

Key responsibilities

Accounting & books

Own end-to-end accounting and monthly book closures across group entities

Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, and intercompany balances

Statutory & tax compliance

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings

Handle notices, assessments, and coordination with consultants/authorities

Statutory audit & financial reporting

Prepare financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Schedule III

Coordinate and support statutory, tax,



and internal audits end-to-end

MIS & board/investor reporting

Prepare MIS reports, board decks, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) materials

Support investor and fundraising-related financial reporting as needed

Treasury & planning

Manage cash flow planning and working capital

Support budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting

Payroll-linked compliance

Oversee Form 16 processing, TDS on salaries, and related employee tax documentation

Must-have skills

Qualified CA with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience

Solid working knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, and Companies Act/Schedule III

Hands-on experience with Tally , SAP, Zoho Books, or similar ERP + Excel

Prior exposure to statutory audit (industry-side coordination or articleship)

Comfortable presenting numbers clearly to founders/leadership

Working knowledge of automation tools (Google Apps Script, n8n, Power BI)

Good to have

Exposure to investor reporting or fundraising support

Experience consolidating financials across multiple group entities
