Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows to support ETL and data preparation needs.
- Translate business requirements into structured data workflows with transparent logic and reusable components.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize performance, and implement error-handling and validation checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workflow outputs with reporting/analytics expectations.
- Document workflow designs, data mappings, and operational steps to support handoffs and long-term maintenance.
- Support testing cycles by validating outputs, reconciling results, and addressing defects promptly.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- Education: BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC.
- 2–3 years of experience in building solutions using Alteryx.




- Hands-on experience with ETL concepts and implementing end-to-end data workflows.
- Ability to analyze requirements, work with structured data, and deliver reliable workflow outputs.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and explain workflow logic clearly.

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience designing scalable, modular data workflow patterns and reusable ETL components.
- Exposure to workflow scheduling/operations and supporting productionized data pipelines.
- Proven ability to improve workflow efficiency through optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments with multiple parallel priorities.
- Familiarity with data quality checks, reconciliation approaches, and governance-friendly documentation practices.
