Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Consultant / Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management, and emerging Agentic AI technologies. This is a client-facing consulting and presales role responsible for driving digital experience transformation initiatives, shaping enterprise architecture, providing strategic recommendations, and supporting pre-sales engagements for large-scale digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine solid technical leadership with business consulting capabilities and possess hands-on experience architecting enterprise-grade content and digital asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Consulting

- Define enterprise architecture strategies for digital experience and content platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution assessments.
- Translate business requirements into enterprise-level digital experience roadmaps.
- Develop reference architectures, governance frameworks, and technology standards.

Presales & Client Engagement

- Partner with sales teams during RFP/RFI responses and customer presentations.
- Lead solution demonstrations, architecture discussions, and technical workshops.
- Create solution proposals, effort estimations, and implementation approaches.
- Present executive-level recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.




- Support value realization and digital transformation conversations with customers.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Architect solutions across:

- AEM Sites

- AEM Assets

- AEM Forms

- AEM Cloud Service

- Adobe Experience Cloud
- Establish content management best practices and content governance models.
- Drive integration strategies involving Adobe and enterprise platforms.

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

- Design enterprise DAM solutions and metadata governance strategies.
- Define digital asset lifecycle management frameworks.
- Enable content reuse, taxonomy management, and asset discoverability.
- Optimize content supply chain and digital asset workflows.

Agentic AI & GenAI

- Evaluate and implement Agentic AI use cases across content lifecycle management.
- Define AI-powered content operations, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Architect integrations between GenAI platforms and AEM ecosystems.
- Identify opportunities for intelligent content generation, content tagging, and workflow automation.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with business leaders, marketing teams, product owners, and IT leadership.
- Influence strategic technology decisions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership on content, digital experiences, and AI-driven innovation.
