Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various wards, including emergency, NICU, POP, and gynecology departments.

- Assist in the management of patient care plans and implement physician orders accurately.

- Deliver emergency support and respond promptly to emergency situations.

- Monitor patient health and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and patient records.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

- Ensure a safe and clean working workplace, adhering to infection control protocols.
