- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding and travel-related queries.
- Handle customer service and passenger support activities.
- Assist with airport ticketing, reservations and flight-related information.
- Support baggage-related queries and passenger assistance.
- Guide passengers regarding counters, boarding gates and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain service standards.

Candidate Profile

- 12th Pass and above.
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
