ABOUT QB MEN

QB Men is a contemporary menswear brand built around expressive prints, elevated Indian silhouettes and relaxed resort-inspired dressing. Our product universe spans printed kurtas, relaxed Cuban shirts, Oxford shirts, oversized shirts, jackets and coordinated pieces.

We are looking for an AI Visual Content Creator who can help us build high-quality fashion imagery and video content using AI tools — starting from actual product/dummy photographs and transforming them into polished, realistic, brand-appropriate visuals.

THE ROLE

This is a highly execution-focused role.

You will work closely with the Design and Creative team to take raw garment/product images, dummy shots or basic references and turn them into finished fashion photographs and videos suitable for our website, social media and campaigns.

The person should have a strong eye for fashion, garment detailing, composition, lighting, styling and realism — not just the ability to generate aesthetically pleasing AI images.

You should be able to look at a garment and understand what must remain accurate: print placement, colour, silhouette, proportions, collar, sleeves, trims, fabric behaviour and overall construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Convert raw garment/dummy photographs into realistic, polished fashion images using AI.
- Generate on-model product imagery while accurately retaining the original garment.
- Create different model, pose, location, lighting and styling variations for the same product.
- Create e-commerce-ready product visuals that are consistent across a collection.
- Generate campaign and editorial-style fashion imagery based on creative direction from the Design team.
- Create AI-generated fashion videos, reels, product movements and short-form visual content.
- Work from references, moodboards and creative briefs to build specific visual worlds.
- Maintain consistency of the same garment, model, styling and visual language across multiple images/frames.
- Use Photoshop and other editing tools to clean, retouch and finish AI-generated outputs.
- Identify and correct common AI-generation issues such as distorted garments, incorrect hands/body proportions, altered prints, inconsistent faces, unrealistic fabric behaviour and incorrect garment construction.




- Prepare final assets in the required formats and dimensions for website, social media, campaigns and digital marketing.
- Work closely with the Design team to execute visuals quickly across multiple styles and collections.
- Maintain an organised library of prompts, references, generated assets and final approved outputs.
- Continuously test and evaluate new AI image/video generation tools and workflows that can improve the brand's content production.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must-have:

- Strong hands-on experience with AI image generation and AI video generation.
- Ability to create realistic outputs rather than obviously AI-generated imagery.
- Strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to take a creative brief and execute independently.
- Ability to work quickly and produce multiple iterations without compromising accuracy.

AI TOOLS Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT image generation, Runway, Kling, Veo, ComfyUI, Photoshop Generative AI or similar platforms is valuable.

You do not need to know every tool. What matters is that you understand AI image/video workflows deeply and can quickly adapt to recent tools.

A BIG PLUS

- Fashion photography / fashion design / graphic design background.
- Experience working with apparel or fashion brands.
- Experience creating AI fashion campaigns or e-commerce imagery.
- Understanding of image-to-image, reference-image workflows, character consistency and product consistency.
- Experience creating AI videos from still images.
- Knowledge of colour correction and professional image finishing.
- Experience working with large volumes of commercial content.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE WANT We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely hands-on — you should actually enjoy generating, editing and refining visuals all day.
- Visually obsessed and able to recognise when an image is almost right but not quite.
- Curious about new AI tools and constantly experimenting.
- Comfortable with fast feedback and multiple iterations.
- Able to work independently without needing every visual decision explained.




- Detail-oriented enough to notice when a print, pocket, collar or garment proportion has changed.
- Equally comfortable with creative experimentation and repetitive commercial production.
- Interested in fashion and understands that AI is a tool for executing a visual direction — not the direction itself.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

You may receive

RAW DUMMY IMAGE → AI MODEL / SETTING → FASHION IMAGE → RETOUCHING → FINAL WEBSITE / SOCIAL ASSET For example, taking a simple photograph of an actual QB Men kurta and creating:

- A realistic male model wearing the exact garment
- Multiple poses and compositions
- Different locations and environments
- Editorial / campaign imagery
- E-commerce imagery
- Lifestyle photographs
- Short AI-generated fashion videos
- Multiple visual variations while keeping the garment consistent

IMPORTANT Garment accuracy is non-negotiable.

The final output must retain the original product's:

- Print
- Colours
- Silhouette
- Construction
- Collar
- Sleeves
- Details
- Proportions
- Overall appearance

We are not looking for someone who simply generates attractive AI pictures. We are looking for someone who can use AI as a production tool to create commercially usable fashion content from our actual products.

EXPERIENCE

2-5+ years of relevant experience in AI visual generation, digital content creation, fashion content, graphic design, photography or a related field.

Strong portfolios with exceptional AI-generated fashion work may be considered irrespective of exact years of experience.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:

- AI-generated fashion/product imagery
- Image-to-image or product transformation work
- AI-generated fashion videos, if available
- Before/after examples wherever possible
- Examples showing accurate garment/product preservation
- Commercial or brand work, if available

Applications without relevant AI visual work will not be considered.

WORKING STYLE

This is an in-house, hands-on role based in Jaipur.

You will work directly with the QB Men Design and Creative team and will be expected to sit with the team, receive products/references, execute visuals and iterate quickly based on feedback.

COMPENSATION

25,000-35,000 Per Month.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
