About the Role

We are looking for an AI Video Editor with strong practical expertise in Google Veo, excellent prompting skills and skilled video editing ability. You will turn creative briefs into complete, compelling paid advertisements with clear storytelling, consistent visuals and strong calls to action.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce end-to-end AI video ads for Meta, YouTube and other paid platforms using Google Veo and professional editing tools.

- Write and refine prompts covering scenes, characters, camera movement, visual style, lighting, dialogue, audio and continuity.

- Generate and test different ad concepts, hooks, stories, formats and calls to action.

- Combine AI-generated footage with faculty clips, course visuals, captions, sound design and conventional edits.

- Resolve weak generations through prompt iteration and careful editing.

- Build reusable prompting and production workflows to improve speed, quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with scriptwriters,



the Performance Creative Strategist and Growth team to improve creatives based on campaign results.

- Verify visual quality, voice output and advertising claims, ensuring that content does not fabricate student testimonials or misleading faculty endorsements.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong hands-on command of Google Veo, including text-to-video, image-to-video and prompt iteration.

- Excellent ability to translate a script or brief into detailed, controllable visual scenes.

- A portfolio of finished AI videos or advertisements demonstrating continuity, convincing visuals and strong editing.

- Proficiency in professional video editing software.

- Understanding of direct-response advertising, opening hooks and Hindi/Hinglish messaging.

- Ability to produce consistent creative variations quickly.
