About the Role

Prakhar AI Institute is looking for a skilled and industry-oriented AI Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking Trainer to deliver practical training across our AI GrowthX Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking Program.

The trainer will be responsible for teaching students from beginner to advanced levels, conducting practical projects, guiding students on real-world marketing campaigns, and helping them develop industry-ready digital marketing, AI, automation and growth-hacking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach AI-powered Digital Marketing from beginner to advanced level.
- Train students in Generative AI, ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering and AI Marketing Tools.
- Teach Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Marketing.
- Conduct practical training on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Teach SEO, Keyword Research, On-Page SEO and AI-powered SEO tools.
- Train students in Canva, AI image generation, creative designing and AI video tools.
- Teach Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing and CRM Automation.
- Explain Sales Funnels, Landing Pages and Lead Generation.
- Train students in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Teach Marketing Analytics, Tracking and Data-driven decision making.
- Guide students in E-commerce, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.
- Teach Marketing Automation and AI workflow systems.
- Conduct practical assignments,



live projects and case studies.
- Guide students in freelancing, personal branding and client communication.
- Mentor students on building portfolios and agency projects.
- Support advanced students with agency setup, client acquisition and high-ticket sales concepts.
- Conduct assessments, project reviews and doubt-solving sessions.
- Keep course content updated according to changes in AI and digital marketing tools.

- 1,3+ years of practical experience in Digital Marketing, AI Marketing, Growth Hacking or Performance Marketing preferred.
- Candidates with solid practical experience and a good portfolio may also be considered.
