Role Description The AI Solutions Owner (Architect) will design, own, and guide end-to-end AI solutions from discovery and architecture through implementation and production support. This contract, remote role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust AI and data architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and cloud-native services. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining solution blueprints, selecting appropriate models and infrastructure, overseeing prototypes and POCs,



and driving technical decisions for production-grade AI systems.

The role also includes documenting reference architectures, establishing best practices for LLMOps, monitoring and evaluation, and helping teams design secure, reliable human-in-the-loop workflows for high-stakes use cases. The AI Solutions Owner (Architect) will regularly review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and scalability requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong background in AI architecture and solution design, including large language models, RAG pipelines, multi-turn agents, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, microservices, and scalable data/ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency in data engineering and analytics concepts, such as data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, knowledge graphs, and observability/monitoring for AI systems.
- Experience in MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model deployment, evaluation, safety safeguards, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements and solution roadmaps, with strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with integration patterns for enterprise systems, APIs, and security best practices for regulated or high-stakes environments.
- Prior work delivering production AI solutions for enterprise or Fortune 100 clients is highly beneficial.
