ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced AI/Generative AI practitioner, strategist, consultant, or transformation leader to deliver high-impact learning experiences for senior industry professionals.

Our learners include mid-to-senior executives, functional leaders, and business decision-makers with 15–20+ years of professional experience. We are therefore looking for someone who can go beyond explaining AI concepts and demonstrate how AI and Generative AI can be applied to real-world business challenges, strategy, decision-making, and organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable discussing AI with a business leader as they are explaining the underlying concepts, and should be able to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver live, instructor-led sessions on Generative AI, AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, and business applications of AI
- Translate complex AI and technology concepts into practical, executive-level business insights
- Connect AI/GenAI with business strategy, innovation, productivity, customer experience, decision-making, and organizational transformation
- Facilitate discussions, case studies, business scenarios, and applied exercises for senior professionals
- Use relevant real-world industry examples and enterprise use cases to demonstrate AI adoption
- Engage learners in evaluating AI opportunities, challenges, risks, and implementation considerations within their organizations
- Adapt teaching and facilitation style based on the experience, background, and engagement of the audience
- Collaborate with the academic team on session design, case studies, learning activities, and assessments where required

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

- 10+ years of overall professional experience in AI, Generative AI, digital transformation,



technology strategy, consulting, analytics, product, or a closely related field
- Robust practical understanding of AI/Generative AI and its application in business environments
- Demonstrated experience applying technology, AI, analytics, or digital transformation to solve real-world business problems
- Experience working with, advising, presenting to, or collaborating with CXOs, senior leadership, business heads, or experienced professionals
- Strong understanding of how organizations evaluate and adopt AI — including use-case identification, prioritization, business value, implementation, stakeholder alignment, and change management
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and business-oriented manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, enterprise AI, technology strategy, innovation, management consulting, or AI product leadership
- Experience conducting executive education, corporate workshops, leadership programs, guest lectures, conferences, or senior-level training
- Strong exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, AI strategy, or enterprise AI adoption
- Experience working across one or more industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Consulting, or Professional Services
- Demonstrated thought leadership through industry speaking, publications, workshops, research, or professional content
- Excellent storytelling, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

WHO WOULD BE A GREAT FIT

Professionals who have worked as AI Strategy Consultants, AI Transformation Leaders, Digital Transformation Directors, Enterprise AI Consultants, Technology Strategy Leaders, AI Practice Leads, GenAI Consultants, AI Product Leaders, Management Consultants, or senior AI/technology leaders and have experience engaging with senior business audiences.
