AI Change Enablement Consultant Overview We are looking for an AI Change Enablement Consultant to drive the adoption and effective use of AI solutions such as Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other Generative AI tools. The role focuses on change management, training, communications, community engagement, and user enablement to help employees integrate AI into their daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI products and capabilities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop adoption strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and micro-learning initiatives.
- Create enablement content including user guides, FAQs, playbooks, videos, and communication materials.
- Manage AI champion and influencer communities, ensuring high engagement and user support.
- Drive multi-channel communication campaigns to increase awareness and usage.
- Collaborate with product, business, learning, and change management teams to translate AI capabilities into business value.
- Track adoption metrics, analyze user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support global program coordination and day-to-day AI enablement operations.




- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Change Management, Learning & Development, Digital Adoption, Communications, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
- Solid content development and community engagement experience.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks.
- Experience in user adoption, employee engagement, and change communications.
