Hiring: AI/ML & Generative AI Architect

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML & Generative AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI solutions using Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

Experience: 9+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build production-grade applications using Python, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI.
- Develop AI agents, multi-agent workflows, copilots and intelligent assistants.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, reranking and prompt engineering.
- Develop scalable Python APIs, REST services and microservices.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms and cloud environments.
- Implement LLMOps/MLOps, including model evaluation, monitoring, deployment and optimization.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security,



reliability and cost optimization.
- Lead technical design, architecture reviews and code reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor AI/ML engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 9+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI experience.
- Strong hands-on Python development.
- Robust knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG.
- Strong experience in Agentic AI, AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMOps/MLOps.
- Prompt Engineering, embeddings and vector search.
- Experience with Vector Databases.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
