Role Description The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and pattern recognition models to solve complex, real-world problems aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, building and training neural network architectures, analyzing data using statistical methods, and optimizing models for performance and scalability.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems, documenting technical approaches,



and contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design effective and scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Statistics and data analysis techniques for model validation and performance assessment.
- Practical experience with common AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively in on-site teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience with deploying models to production environments, working with cloud or edge computing platforms, and optimizing for hardware constraints is an advantage.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation, is beneficial.
