About the Role

We are looking for a motivated AI/LLM Recruiter to help us identify and hire talented professionals in the rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI space.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating candidates for roles such as AI Engineers, ML Engineers, LLM Engineers, Generative AI Developers, NLP Engineers, Data Scientists, Prompt Engineers, and AI Researchers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and relevant AI/tech communities.
- Use Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and AI-powered recruiting tools to identify relevant candidates.
- Understand technical JDs and identify candidates with relevant AI/ML/LLM experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls/messages.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, technical exposure, communication, notice period, location, and salary expectations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build a strong pipeline of AI/ML/LLM professionals for current and future requirements.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruitment workflows.




- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-searching skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and screen resumes effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection.

Good to Have
- Previous experience hiring AI/ML or software engineering professionals.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/Naukri.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle, or AI/ML communities.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools for recruitment.
- Existing network of technical/AI candidates.

Compensation

Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and recruitment skills.
