We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing professional who combines strong SEO and digital marketing fundamentals with AI and automation skills. You’ll work across SEO, AI search visibility, content, analytics, CRO and marketing automation — with a strong focus on using AI and automation to improve growth and reduce manual work.

What you’ll do

- Drive organic growth through SEO, technical SEO, programmatic SEO and AI search optimization (AEO/GEO)
- Identify growth opportunities through GA4, Search Console, analytics and funnel data
- Build and optimize landing pages, content, conversion funnels and experiments
- Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to improve marketing workflows and execution
- Build automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, APIs, GPTs or similar platforms




- Automate repetitive SEO, content, reporting, research and marketing processes
- Support paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing and CRO where required
- Test, measure and iterate quickly based on data rather than assumptions

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, growth or performance marketing
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, content and conversion funnels
- Genuine hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing execution
- Experience building automations/workflows using n8n, Zapier, APIs, AI agents or similar tools
- Comfortable working with GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools such as Ahrefs/Semrush
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A builder mindset — someone who figures things out, experiments and ships rather than waiting for detailed instructions

Bonus: Experience with Shopify, WordPress/Webflow, Klaviyo, Google/Meta Ads, APIs, Python/JavaScript or AI search optimization. What matters most: We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to use AI tools. We want someone who can identify a marketing problem and figure out how to solve or automate it using AI and technology.
