We are seeking a skilled and cutting-edge AI Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, experience working with generative models, and a solid understanding of neural networks and natural language processing (NLP). You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying AI systems, including developing state-of-the-art solutions using tools like Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other advanced AI frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models, with a focus on LLMs, to solve complex business problems.
- Build and fine-tune large-scale language models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Implement advanced deep learning algorithms for NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and question-answering.
- Work with multimodal generative models (text, images, audio) to push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
- Optimize and scale AI models for performance and deployment in cloud-based or edge environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Research and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, LLMs, and generative models, ing relevant techniques to ongoing projects.
- Write clean, scalable code and ensure best practices in AI model development, testing, and deployment.

Candidate Attributes

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.




- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on deep learning, natural language processing, and generative models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
- Expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, T5, and generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion models.
- Proficiency in NLP tasks such as tokenization, text embedding, sequence modeling, and language understanding.
- Experience with tools and libraries like Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or Google Cloud AI.
- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI model deployment and scaling.
- Understanding of multimodal AI models (text, images, video, audio) and experience working with them.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with distributed training of models using techniques like data parallelism and model parallelism.
- Familiarity with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and its applications in fine-tuning LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases like FAISS for semantic search and retrieval tasks.
- Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) or Transformers beyond NLP tasks.
- Experience in AI ethics and building responsible AI systems.
