What we need

- 2+ years of production-level AI/ML engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Python development — not just prompt engineering or ChatGPT/API integration.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI automation and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Voice AI — STT, TTS, voice agents, call automation and real-time conversational systems.
- Experience building AI pipelines that connect multiple systems, APIs, databases and business workflows.
- Ability to build AI agents that can reason, make decisions, call tools/APIs and execute workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and model/API orchestration.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / similar frameworks is preferred.
- Experience training, fine-tuning or evaluating ML/AI models is a plus.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, queues, databases and asynchronous workflows.




- Experience deploying AI systems in production using AWS/Azure, Docker and CI/CD.
- Ability to design an AI intelligence layer across multiple products and data sources.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
