Digital Web Solutions is seeking an AI Automation Trainee to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. You will play a crucial role in building and evolving Compazio, our in-house enterprise HR & operations SaaS platform. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, as your primary development tool.

You will learn to direct AI to build features, then meticulously review, test, and polish its output to production quality, gaining invaluable skills in the future of software development. This role provides direct exposure to the entire employee lifecycle management through our comprehensive platform, which spans over 25 business modules and serves 400+ daily users. You will work directly with the system owner, ship real features to production,



and witness the immediate impact of your work.
