Key Responsibilities

1. Crop Monitoring &

- Management

- Monitor crops regularly for growth, development, and overall health.

- Identify abnormalities, nutrient deficiencies, pest attacks, and disease symptoms.

- Maintain crop-wise observations and communicate issues to the reporting manager.

- Support implementation of crop management practices as per the recommended schedule.

2. Pest &

- Disease Management

- Conduct regular field/crop inspections for pests and diseases.

- Assist in identifying common pests, diseases, and crop disorders.

- Support preventive and corrective measures under the guidance of the Farm Manager/Agronomist.

- Maintain records of pest and disease observations and control measures implemented.

3. Irrigation &

- Fertigation

- Monitor irrigation and fertigation activities as per crop requirements.

- Assist in maintaining appropriate nutrient levels and irrigation schedules.

- Monitor crop response to irrigation and nutrient application.

- Report any issues related to irrigation, fertigation, or crop requirements.

Nutrient

Management

- Assist in monitoring crop nutrient requirements and deficiencies.

- Support preparation and application of fertilizers/nutrients as per prescribed schedules.

- Maintain records of fertilizer and nutrient applications.





- Ensure proper handling and application of agricultural inputs.

5.

Farm Operations

Coordination

- Coordinate with farm workers and supervisors for day-to-day crop activities.

- Assist in planning and execution of activities such as planting, pruning, harvesting, crop maintenance, and sanitation.

- Ensure farm activities are carried out as per the defined schedule and SOPs.

- Support the Farm Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

6. Data &

- Record Maintenance

- Maintain daily records related to crop growth, irrigation, fertigation, pest/disease observations, and farm activities.

- Assist in maintaining crop-wise production and input records.

- Report daily observations and operational issues to the reporting manager.

- Support data collection for improving crop productivity and farm efficiency.

7. Farm Hygiene &

- Safety

- Ensure adherence to farm hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs.

- Support proper use, storage, and handling of fertilizers, nutrients, and other agricultural inputs.

- Follow valuable agricultural practices and company-defined farm protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
