Role & responsibilities :
Plan and run germination and growth trials for 12+ microgreen varieties in our grow-lab.
- Develop and standardise seed pods: seed density, growing medium (cocopeat), fabric and shelf life.
- Create grow recipes (light hours, watering, humidity) per variety with the engineering team.
- Source quality seeds; set up seed testing (germination %, purity, contamination checks).
Run daily grow-lab trials and record observations.
- Perform seed germination and quality checks on each batch.
- Support seed-pod production quality control.
- Help answer customer growing questions.
Preferred candidate profile :
- B.Sc Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Careful record keeping; basic Excel.
