Job Title:- AGM - Taxation & Compliance

Location:- HO, Tiruppur - Tamilnadu

Company:- Leading Garment Manufacturing and market leader having pan India presence with an annual turnover 3000 Crores

Qualification - CA Inter or CA Qualified (Mandatory)

The candidate is responsible for overseeing & managing the organization Tax Strategy, Compliance, Planning, Risk Management and reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Facilitate and manage the preparation of the company's Income Tax and GST returns and the accurate timely filing of all tax forms.
- Ensure the accurate timely filing of consolidated state and local Income Tax returns and other business-related filings.
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company Tax procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic Tax planning for all necessary corporate and State taxes.
- Plan for and develop the overall return calendar and co-ordiante inputs.
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
- Review tax returns and Quarterly/ Yearly tax projections.
- Manage and facilitate income tax audit.




- Monitor legislative and Regulatory tax law developments.
- Provide support to internal audit Statutory Audits.
- Bank Management, GST Filling & returns & Financial Preparations & finalization.
- Involving P&L; Preparations and co- ordinate with statutory auditors.

Educational Qualification

- CA Inter or CA mandatory
- SAP working knowledge

Work Experience

- Above 12 yrs. Extensive individual tax knowledge and working experience in Garment or Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge of Indian Direct and In Direct Tax, Compliance procedure for companies.
- Strong experience with various tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
- Working knowledge in SAP FICO, MM Modules
