Key Responsibilities

? Oversee day-to-day operations across FM & F&B; sites

? Design and implement effective training programs

? Ensure service quality, compliance and client satisfaction

? Develop and improve SOPs, processes and best practices

? Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams

? Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

✅ Facilities Management & F&B; experience is mandatory

✅ Solid leadership and people-management skills

✅ Experience in operations,



training and client handling

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ Proven ability to manage multi-site/service operations
