Role Description The Agency Manager role at Hirely is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati.

The Agency

Manager will oversee daily operations of the agency team, including setting performance targets, monitoring achievement, and guiding team members to meet recruitment and placement goals within BFSI mandates. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of talent solutions.

The Agency

Manager will also be responsible for reporting on key performance metrics, implementing process improvements,



and supporting business development activities in the region. Regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews of team members are integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication within a skilled services or recruitment environment.
- Solid understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors or similar regulated industries.
- Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive operational improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple mandates and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in agency management, recruitment, sales management, or operations leadership is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or ATS platforms, and standard office software to manage workflows and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati and collaborate effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
