About the Role Crossblade Media is a performance marketing and pay-per-call lead generation company operating inhome services, insurance, and debt verticals across the US. We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to ownour publisher network for web-based lead campaigns — from recruitment through scaling. Responsibilities• Recruit, onboard, and manage publishers/affiliates driving web leads (form fills, ping-post) acrosshome services (roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, pest control), auto/health insurance, and debtsettlement verticals• Set up and QA new publisher integrations on Lead Prosper and Offer18• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and volume daily; flag and resolve quality issues withpublishers proactively• Negotiate payouts, caps, and terms; manage publisher relationships to maximize volume and ROI• Identify and source new publishers through networking, affiliate networks, industry events, andoutbound prospecting• Analyze campaign performance data to identify scaling opportunities and underperforming sources• Coordinate with internal ops/tech team on integration issues, tracking discrepancies,



and payoutreconciliation• Stay current on compliance requirements (TCPA, DNC) relevant to lead gen in insurance/homeservices/debt Requirements• 2+ years experience as an affiliate/publisher manager in performance marketing or lead gen(pay-per-lead/pay-per-call)• Direct experience with home services, insurance, and/or debt verticals — non-negotiable• Hands-on experience with Lead Prosper, Offer18, or similar lead distribution platforms• Solid understanding of ping-post lead flow and web lead quality metrics• Comfortable with US working hours and communicating with US-based publishers• Data-driven, comfortable in spreadsheets/dashboards, sharp on unit economics (CPL, EPL, ROI)• Excellent written and verbal English communication Nice to Have• Existing publisher relationships in the above verticals• Experience with Ringba or Track Drive or Moja!Background in scaling a book of business from scratch Please email your resume along with a brief overview of your experience to , and we’ll schedule a call to discuss the opportunity further!
