AEM Lead (Adobe Experience Manager)

Experience: 8-12 Years

We are looking for an experienced AEM Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AEM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AEM development and implementation projects.
- Design and develop components, templates, workflows, and services in AEM.
- Work on AEM Sites, Assets, and Content Management solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams.

Required Skills:





- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with robust hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Expertise in AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, Servlets, and JCR.
- Experience with HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in AEM Cloud migrations and integrations.
- Adobe AEM certifications
