We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Admission Counsellor to lead nurture our education consultants / partners. The role also involves closely monitoring the application journey and aimed at conversion.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for admission consultants and their counselors on college offerings, admission criteria, perks, and USPs. Coordinate with college admission teams to get timely updates on student selections. Ensure that selected students receive all necessary guidance and reminders until registration fee is paid.

Maintain dashboards for consultant performance, student status, and conversion metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management and suggest improvements based on data insights. Strong knowledge of admission procedures and education systems (especially MBA/PGDM preferred).

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration. Haviing experience from any customer facing vertical ( preferably from hospitality / aviation / customer care etc) Prior experience in managing or training a team is preferred.

Languages Know: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
