Role: Admission & Visa Assistant

We are looking for an Admission & Visa Assistant to join our team on a Work From Home / Remote basis.

The selected candidate will assist with German university admissions, student documentation, visa application preparation, communication with students and institutions, and follow-up of ongoing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist students with applications to German public universities and other educational institutions.
- Check admission requirements and required documents.
- Prepare and review university admission and visa-related documentation.
- Research German universities, courses, admission criteria and application deadlines.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who have previously applied to a German public university,



either for themselves or on behalf of students, will be considered as having relevant practical experience.
- Knowledge of the German higher education system, public universities, admission procedures or German student visa process will be an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills, including email, MS Office/Google Workspace and online research.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.

- Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working hours can be flexible depending on work requirements.
