Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-skilled Admission Counsellor to handle parent enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and the complete admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain school programs, curriculum, facilities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel parents and understand their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records.
- Coordinate school visits and admission meetings.
- Support admission campaigns and promotional activities.




- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with parents.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in school admissions, counselling, sales, or customer handling preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
