About the Role Lexica International School of Foreign Language is actively hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counselor cum Assistant Manager for our main branch in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. In this role, you will be the face of our institute, guiding prospective students and their parents while driving admissions for our specialized language and test-preparation courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Counseling & Sales Conversion: Guide students and parents regarding our core offerings, including Spoken English, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and OET programs. Explain course structures, fee packages, and the admission process clearly to convert walk-ins and leads into successful admissions.
- Database & Operations Management: Systematically maintain prospective student databases, track follow-ups, and keep up-to-date records of enrolled students and faculty reports.
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth coordination between teachers,



management, and students.

Candidate Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills with a clear, persuasive speaking style.
- Personality: Confident, cheerful, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience: Experienced professionals in sales, counseling, or front-desk management are preferred. Freshers with outstanding communication skills and strong initiative are also welcome to apply.
