Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through company-provided quality leads.
- Understand students' career goals, requirements, and interests.
- Explain relevant courses, programs, and career opportunities offered by Blitz Academy.
- Build solid rapport with prospective students and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned admission targets.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Provide a positive student experience throughout the admission process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for counselling, admissions, and student engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, telecalling, or business development will be an advantage.
