Caller Cum Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and student enquiries.

- Counsel students regarding courses, universities and study visa options.

- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain student records and coordinate with the admission/visa team.

- Provide professional assistance to students and parents.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.

- Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Confident, presentable and target-oriented.

- Experience in counselling/telecalling/immigration preferred.

Location: ChandigarhJob Type: Full-TimeTiming: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Saturday

Pay: ₹11,821.89 - ₹36,894.31 per month
