We are looking for a senior HR leader with strong experience in Business Process Services (BPS), BPO, Contact Centre or Voice Operations to partner with senior business and operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution for a large-scale business operation.
- Partner with senior Operations/Business leaders on people strategy and business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, well-being and overall employee experience.
- Handle complex employee relations, people issues, grievances and escalations.
- Drive HR initiatives across the complete employee lifecycle.
- Lead performance management, compensation & perks, employee engagement, HR policies and people development.
- Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the HR team.
- Work closely with leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs effectively.
- Provide HR insights and solutions for complex business and people challenges.

Ideal Candidate





- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Robust experience in BPS / BPO / Contact Centre / Voice Operations
- Experience managing HR for a large employee population of 1,500 - 3,000+ employees
- Strong HRBP / HR Generalist experience
- Excellent exposure to Employee Relations, escalations, engagement and retention
- Experience partnering with senior Operations/Business leadership
- Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Exposure to compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, training & development and employee engagement
- Experience working in a global/matrix environment preferred
- MBA/PG qualification preferred
