nRole: Accounts Receivable Lead – US Accounting

nLocation: On-site | Baroda, Gujarat

n️ Work Type: Full-time | On-site

nShift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

nWorking Days: Monday to Friday

nWhat You’ll Do:

n

n
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end AR process for US-based clients
n
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time
n
- Monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies
n




- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain AR aging reports
n
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client requirements
n
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to streamline AR operations
n
- Train, guide, and support junior AR staff as needed
n

n✅ Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter preferred)
n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in US AR operations
n
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night shift setting
