Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Accounts Manager with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting management, financial systems, and data-driven accounting processes. This role bridges financial management with IT/database proficiency, overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, ledger management, and ERP systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations).
- Manage, customize, and optimize accounting ERP software, financial databases, and reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end financial closing, generating financial statements and balance sheets.
- Automate financial data workflows, reporting templates, and data audit trails using database and spreadsheet expertise.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory audits, and financial compliance standards.




- Collaborate with IT and management teams to implement new financial tools or system upgrades.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and financial assistants.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master's degree in a related technical/computational field with accounting background.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting management, financial operations, or financial systems administration.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software/ERPs (e.g., SAP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Oracle) and advanced SQL/Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, tax compliance, and auditing.
- Proven ability to manage teams and streamline financial data processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
