Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Process: Kotak 811 Sales Employment: Direct Bank Payroll Eligibility Criteria: Graduate candidates only Banking sales experience is mandatory Excellent English communication and customer handling skills Candidates with relevant BPO/calling experience may apply. Employment gap should not exceed 6 months Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls for Kotak 811 and other banking products Generate leads and acquire recent customers Explain product features and digital banking services Manage customer follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets Work Schedule: Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Weekly Offs: 6 per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays) Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Contact For More details :
