Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account & Finance Manager to manage accounting, finance, credit control, commercial accounting, GST compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle Credit Control, Commercial Accounting, and Sales Accounting.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and Debtors Ageing.
- Manage Credit Notes, Debit Notes, monthly billing audits, dealer deposits, and interest accounting.
- Handle Bad Debt Provisioning, Dealer Claims, and Insurance Claims.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
- Handle TDS & TCS return filing.
- Manage GST Registration and GST compliance.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
- Handle GST Annual Return and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process GST Refund applications.
- Prepare comparative statements and Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for material planning, purchases, and follow-ups.




- Maintain buyer-seller relationships.
- Manage inventory valuation on a FIFO basis and monitor Minimum Stock Levels.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for senior management.
- Respond to financial and MIS-related queries from the CEO/management.
- Coordinate with other departments to verify transaction data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support commercial staff in handling non-routine accounting and reporting transactions.

Qualification
- Minimum B.Com (Hons) or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Experience in credit control and receivables management.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and FIFO valuation.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary ₹5.00 Lakhs per annum CTC
