Job Summary The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations Record daily financial transactions in accounting software. Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journals. Verify and process purchase, sales, and expense vouchers. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

Accounts

Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Reconcile supplier and customer statements. Bank & Cash Management Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis. Monitor cash and bank balances.

Record petty cash transactions and reimbursements. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns and related documentation. Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable laws. Assist in income tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.





Maintain records for audits and assessments.

Financial Reporting

Assist in preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Audit Support

Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Provide required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

Required Qualifications B.Com 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Required Skills Proficiency in TallyPrime, Busy Accounting Software, or SAP ERP. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
