nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The individual

nwill work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping

n2. Handle accounts payable activities including invoice verification, payment processing, and

nmaintaining appropriate documentation

n3. Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of finance schedules and reports

n4. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes including data preparation and

nreconciliations

n5. Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit-related documentation and schedules

n6.



Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency

n7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and better reporting practices

nExperience & Eligibility

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
n
- 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations
n
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems preferred
n
- Working knowledge of Excel including data analysis, reconciliations, pivot tables and lookup
n
