We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts cum Data Entry Operator to manage day-to-day accounting entries, billing, data entry, inventory records, and basic office operations.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, basic accounting, billing software, and computer operations, with strong attention to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.
- Handle billing and invoice generation.
- Maintain customer and supplier records.
- Update product, stock, and inventory data in the system.
- Perform daily data entry with accuracy and proper documentation.
- Reconcile cash, online payments, and sales records.
- Maintain basic accounts and assist with bookkeeping.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and collection reports.
- Manage Excel sheets and maintain organized digital records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding order and billing information.
- Check invoices and entries for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and financial information.
- Perform other computer and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting software preferred.




- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of debit, credit, sales, purchase, expenses, and payments.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic English reading and writing.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.

Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- candidates will be preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts, billing, data entry, retail, or office administration will be an advantage.
