Role Description The Accounting Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in recording and posting journal entries, supporting the preparation and review of financial statements, and maintaining accurate accounting records. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with accounting software, reconciling accounts, organizing documentation for audits and compliance, and supporting routine bookkeeping tasks.

The intern will collaborate with senior team members on financial analysis, reporting, and tax-related work,



while gaining exposure to clients across different industries. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship in professional accounting practices within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and core Finance concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Tally Software and Journal Entries (Accounting).
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and supporting reporting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance will be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with Tally or similar systems is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting.
