Evening Shift 4PM -12 AM

Role & responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day RTR operations for US clients

Handle General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and support financial close processes

Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring timeliness

Perform account reconciliations and support balance sheet substantiation

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports

Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting

Monitor KPIs such as close timelines and reconciliation completion rates

Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance standards

Identify and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, audit, FP&A;)

Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and controls

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review

Guide and support team members to ensure productivity and quality

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/ CPA
- Industry Preference Renewables / Finance outsourcing / BPO / KPO / Shared Services
- US clients experience with US GAAP
