Accountant – NSKF India Private Limited

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Guwahati, Assam

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and payment-related activities of the company and maintain accurate financial records on a branch-wise basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and verify QR-based payments and other digital payment transactions.
- Maintain complete records of all incoming and outgoing payments.
- Maintain branch-wise payment and accounting records.
- Make accurate Tally entries for daily transactions.
- Record and reconcile bank statements and account statements.
- Regularly verify payment records with bank/UPI transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, payment proofs and other accounting records.
- Prepare branch-wise and daily payment reports whenever required.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and day-to-day accounting activities.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, updated and properly documented.




- Coordinate with branches regarding payment records and accounting-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good understanding of bank statements, UPI/QR payments and digital transactions.
- Valuable numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in accounting will be an advantage.
